Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for an 18-month contract in Singapore. The role involves processing orders in SAP, maintaining customer master data, and troubleshooting pricing issues to ensure timely shipments.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Pricing Team, and Sales, and participate in process improvement projects across regions. 1–2 years of experience and basic SAP/MS Office knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• 1-2 years' experience (Not Mandatory) and clear and polite in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Process new orders and order changes within defined service level agreements using the SAP Order Management System.
• Manage and update customer master data, including business partner records and parametric setups in SAP.
• Understand order pricing logic to analyze and troubleshoot pricing issues and collaborate with Account Managers, Pricing Team, and Sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Proactively resolve order holds to support on-time shipments according to customer delivery requirements and help achieve quarter-end revenue targets.
• Lead or contribute to projects focused on process standardization, continuous improvement, and automation using available tools such as AI and RPA; collaborate with Order Management teams across North America, Asia, and Europe.
