Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with an established FMCG organisation in Singapore to hire an Order Management / Customer Service professional. You will manage B2B orders from receipt to fulfilment and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years in B2B customer service or order management, with exposure to ERP systems (SAP) and strong Excel skills. Salary up to 5,000 SGD plus performance bonus, based in the West Region with a 5.5-day work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of B2B customer service, order management or fulfilment experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with customer order processing and coordinating with warehouse/logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring pricing, quantities and delivery accuracy.
• Coordinate order fulfilment and deliveries with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Respond to customer enquiries on products, pricing, availability, lead times and order status.
• Prepare quotations and relevant customer/order documentation as required.
• Handle order discrepancies, returns, exchanges and post-delivery matters.
• Process system and administrative transactions related to order fulfilment, invoicing and delivery.
• Support customer service and order management process improvements where applicable.
