Zusammenfassung

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a sales professional to manage the full sales process from quotation to invoicing, coordinating delivery and payments for shipbuilding equipment.

Based in Raffles Place, Singapore, you will build relationships with new and existing customers, liaise with Japan HQ, and handle shipping documentation and Incoterms while working with freight forwarders and reporting sales activity.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent required for the role.
• 5–6 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in order processing.
• Hands-on experience in preparing full set of shipping documentation.
• Familiar with shipping Incoterms.
• Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, able to multi task.
• Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and follow through entire sales process (quotation, order processing, delivery arrangement and invoicing).
• Follow up closely on sales enquiries, quotation submitted and achieving sales target.
• Manage relationship with new and existing customers.
• Monitor customers’ payment schedule and chase for outstanding invoices.
• Handle and prepare full sets shipping documentation (delivery order, packing list, invoice, etc.).
• Liaise with freight forwarders on shipping arrangement and familiar with shipping Incoterms.
• Assist in preparing various sales reports, attend exhibition and complete sales related activities.
• Other ad-hoc tasks being assigned.
