Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Singapore to prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements while coordinating shipments and bookings.

The role requires collaboration with multiple internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation. You will assist in rate negotiations, maintain customer records, and support new account development by following up on leads.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, logistics, supply chain, maritime studies or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding.
• Experience in sales support, customer service or shipping coordination is advantageous.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, booking process and rate structures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and service agreements for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries on rates, schedules, equipment availability and service offerings.
• Coordinate bookings and space arrangements based on customer requirements.
• Support Sales Managers in rate negotiation and contract administration.
• Liaise with operations, equipment control, documentation and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
