Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in Singapore. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and managing end-to-end order processes from PO receipt to delivery.

You will coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, and procurement to ensure technical specs and certificates are met, and you will liaise with forwarders for import/export shipping documentation. Strong Excel and CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Familiarity with offshore equipment (rigging & consumables) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and qualify incoming customer enquiries for offshore products.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations.
• Manage end-to-end sales orders from PO receipt to invoice and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technical specifications and certificates are met.
• Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipping documentation.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and support the sales team.
• Update customer information and sales activity in ERP/e-filing systems.
• Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment.
