Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience serving marine customers.
• Fluent English communication skills for international engagement.
• Experience with shipping software and key IT tools relevant to sales and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities to support the sales team in meeting targets.
• Prepare quotations and proposals to facilitate sales processes.
• Maintain clear communication between customers and the sales team.
• Monitor inquiries and provide timely responses to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Track order status and update customers on delivery schedules.
• Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies to maintain smooth operations.
• Serve as the main contact for customers regarding orders, documents, and service requests.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally to build trust.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support retention.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics and monitor progress.
• Work with finance to ensure invoices and payment documentation are processed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and ERP systems to manage sales data.
• Apply precision and meet objectives and deadlines in daily tasks.
