Job summary

CU LINES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager, Business Process to identify, document, and optimise end-to-end processes across functions, aligning with strategic goals and driving standard operating procedures and efficiency.

You will lead governance, KPI design, change management, and collaboration with IT and business units to implement automation, including Power BI reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BPM experience in container shipping or liner industry.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and automation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from conception to execution.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and standardize end-to-end business processes across functions.
• Analyse workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Lead development and implementation of process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, coordinating with IT to align systems with processes.
• Design KPIs and prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to management.
