• Excellent operation issue resolution skills; ability to work with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Leverage industry trends, standard methodologies, and innovative technology for process improvement.
• Lead and implement cross-functional change management initiatives influencing decisions through collaboration and leadership.
• Manage project cross-functional re-engineering implementations.
• Work towards effective change management when necessary.
• Ensure process integration across organization regionally and globally.
• Develop knowledge of IT capabilities and collaborate with technical teams.
• Articulate business requirements to technical teams and support prototype/POC development.
• Lead UAT and implementation of business change and supporting systems change.
