Job summary

Miretti APAC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Improvement & Standardisation professional to drive continuous improvement and standardisation across all departments in Singapore.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and optimise business processes, systems, procedures and workflows. You will support management with company-wide initiatives, ERP enhancements, product development activities and other assignments to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
• Leads by example, good communicator, motivator, champion of change.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong project management experience.
• Computer literate, MS Office software, able to generate needed reports and conduct training and presentations.
• Good understanding of EHS knowledge and workplace safety requirements.
• ATEX / IECEX knowledge would be advantageous.
• Proficient in ERP systems, process mapping and workflow optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and operational efficiency across all departments.
• Develop, implement and optimise business processes, systems, procedures and workflows.
• Support management in implementing company-wide initiatives, ERP enhancements and product development activities.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate ERP development, enhancements and optimisation activities with department managers.
• Maintain process, quality and EHS documentation and support audits.
• Promote standardisation and best practices across the organisation.
