Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Process Engineer – Manufacturing Quality to drive process improvement, governance and digitalisation across global manufacturing operations.

Within the Operational Excellence team, you will partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and IT to implement scalable digital solutions. This role focuses on Business Process Excellence and Digital Transformation rather than day-to-day QA/QC tasks, requiring strong experience in SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in manufacturing, quality, process engineering or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality processes and SAP.
• Experience with SAP QM and SAP Master Data Management/Governance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
• Experience implementing ERP, MES, digital quality or workflow solutions.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.
• Experience with NPI, APQP, PPAP and Manufacturing Process Change Management preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or BPM experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, optimise and standardise manufacturing quality processes across global sites.
• Drive process governance, continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Support NPI, Process Change Management, CAPA, non-conformance, inspection/control planning, rework and concessions.
• Manage Quality Master Data governance and process standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into digital/system solutions.
• Support implementation and enhancement of SAP QM, MES and Digital Quality Management systems.
• Develop workflow automation using JobRouter, Power Automate or similar platforms.
• Develop process maps, business requirements, SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and manage process improvement projects.
• Define and monitor process KPIs.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT and OT stakeholders.

About the Role
