Job summary

SCHENKER (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE LTD is seeking a results-driven professional to lead process improvement initiatives in Singapore. The role involves assessing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and driving changes across functions to achieve tangible benefits.

You will partner with regional and local teams to standardise workflows, manage change activities, and monitor outcomes against defined KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives from assessment through to implementation.
• Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with business stakeholders to develop and implement improved processes and ways of working.
• Manage business change activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems and operating models.
• Develop project plans, timelines, key deliverables and implementation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, recommendations and improvement proposals for management review.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues and benefits realisation.
• Develop communication and training materials to support the implementation of process changes.
• Track and measure the impact of improvement initiatives using relevant KPIs and performance indicators.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage the adoption of standardised processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure alignment and consistency across business processes.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on improvement initiatives and business change activities.
