Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or a business-related subject.
• Strong command of English.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools (MS Teams).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support payroll processing and client payroll reports.
• Respond to payroll enquiries by phone or email within defined SLAs.
• Handle end-to-end payroll and leave processing.
• Maintain payroll inputs and personnel databases.
• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll.
• Coordinate CPF tracker updates and tax filings.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and establish client relationships.
• Ensure quality and risk processes are followed.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required by management.
