Forvis Mazars in Singapore is seeking a payroll professional to join our outsourcing team, delivering accurate payroll processing for international clients across industries.

You will handle end-to-end payroll tasks, liaise with government agencies, maintain records and support onboarding of new clients.

The ideal candidate holds a HR or business degree, excels in Excel and MS Teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment with strong client service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resource or business-related subject.
• Good command of the English Language.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and client servicing skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools, i.e. MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support payroll processing and preparation of client’s payroll, including monthly payroll reports, social security administration, statutory filing, year-end income tax returns.
• Attend to phone or email enquiries from the client on payroll matters within 24 hrs (72 hrs for complex emails).
• Perform End-to-End payroll and leave processing.
• Maintain personnel database and documentation of all relevant payroll documents.
• Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees.
• Prepare and compute payroll items in accordance with payroll calendar.
• Monitor and update checklist during payroll processing.
• Liaise with government agencies on payroll, CPF and tax filing requirements.
• Submit CPF, IR8A, IR21 and other tax related matters accurately and timely.
• Ensure deliverables are submitted timely with high accuracy.
