Job summary

Mazars Singapore is seeking a Payroll Associate to support end-to-end payroll processing and client servicing. You will handle payroll cycles, maintain payroll records, and liaise with government agencies on CPF and tax matters in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English communication, confidentiality, and good teamwork with a client-focused mindset. Knowledge of Excel and collaborative tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support payroll processing and client payroll.
• Handle inquiries from clients via phone or email within set timeframes.
• Perform end-to-end payroll and leave processing.
• Maintain personnel databases and payroll documentation.
• Process payroll on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Liaise with government agencies on payroll, CPF and tax matters.
• Support onboarding for new clients.
• Ensure compliance with firm quality and risk processes.
