Job summary

Income in Singapore is seeking a payroll and HR operations professional to manage monthly payroll, statutory submissions, and related compliance tasks. The role also covers benefits administration, HR compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll, maintain records, and respond to employee payroll inquiries while supporting governance and policy enhancements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, benefits administration and HR compliance.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory submissions, and payroll reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation, CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; exposure to HR projects or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll on time and accurately.
• Handle overtime, allowances, CPF contributions, tax deductions, and statutory submissions.
• Submit reimbursements, claims, and government filings within deadlines.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Reconcile payroll data and investigate discrepancies.
• Act as first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve payroll processes.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, internal reviews, and external audits as required.
• Administer benefits programs and manage enrollments, renewals, and terminations.
• Support HR governance, process improvements, and HR projects related to benefits.
