Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated HR payroll professional in Singapore to oversee monthly payroll, benefits, and compensation processes. You will ensure accurate salary payments and maintain regulatory compliance while supporting employee queries and records.

The role requires a diploma/degree in HR management with 3–5 years of payroll experience, plus strong Excel reporting skills and knowledge of CPF guidelines. A Timesoftware background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years HR experience with payroll and compensation & benefits.
• Experience with Timesoftware is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations and CPF guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll operations and ensure timely salary payments.
• Handle compensation matters including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits.
• Ensure statutory payroll compliance including IR21 and related regulations.
• Maintain HR and payroll records and answer payroll/benefits/tax queries.
• Prepare HR reports and conduct data analysis, assist audits and management reporting.
• Support onboarding and offboarding related to payroll and benefits administration.
