Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end payroll and support HR compliance across multiple entities in Singapore. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations.

You will handle onboarding, leave, contracts, and HRIS data while coordinating with the HR Manager to ensure timely, compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with payroll processing across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple companies, accurately and on time.
• Administer full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding.
• Support compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF/SDL/IRAS reporting.
• Assist in HR policies, audits, and employee data maintenance.
• Respond to payroll and HR inquiries with confidentiality.
