Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess NITEC/"O" Levels/Diploma in Accountancy or qualifications in related fields.
• 5 years relevant payroll experience is welcome to apply.
• Able to manage strictly confidential information and relate well with clients.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet specific timelines.
• Possess good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, analytical, committed and take ownership.
• Possess the interest to learn/upgrade to new skills/technologies.
• Timesoft payroll software hands-on knowledge will be an added advantages.
• Candidate with more than 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior position. Salary to commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll summaries including details of new, resigning employees, increments, allowances, deductions, bonuses, etc., based on client data.
• Process payroll including calculation of statutory CPF contributions and other deductions.
• Arrange salary credit to designated bank accounts upon payroll approval.
• Prepare electronic or hardcopy payslips for distribution to clients’ employees.
• Submit monthly contributions such as CPF and SDL to the CPF Board.
• Handle adhoc requirements including termination payouts and pro-rated salary.
• Generate forms such as IR8A, IR21, NS Make-up pay, and Pro-Family claims.
• Manage payroll software updates and liaise with vendors.
• Identify regulatory changes and implement efficient SOPs.
• Attend meetings with clients; communicate solutions clearly.
• Manage billings and collections; fulfil other duties as assigned.
