You will shape the partner operations strategy, govern processes, and align with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, scalable performance. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing outsourced partner relationships and people management.
• Experience in Operations Management, Program Management, and large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience in end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes.
• Strategic thinking with ability to analyze complex information.

Responsabilités

• Own partner operations strategy ensuring smooth landing of initiatives like WFM, QA, and Training.
• Manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Establish governance and processes for site health and business lines.
• Devise operating models with governance and risk management for partner engagement.
• Deliver operational improvements to existing processes and drive scalability.
• Develop metrics, milestones, structured programs, and procedures for day-to-day execution.
• Lead a team of Partner Ops specialists to drive day-to-day operational excellence.
• Demonstrate strong people management with multiple direct reports in a global environment.
• Communicate effectively with leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 50%-70% as required.
