Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Partner Operations Manager (GenAI & Emerging Products) to lead the Global Partnership Management team within Trust & Safety. You will own partner operations strategy, drive governance, and optimize onboarding, training, and guidelines for our extended workforce across the region.

You will manage complex vendor relationships, build scalable operating models, and lead a multinational team to deliver day-to-day operational excellence, with heavy travel and close collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience managing outsourced partner relationships and leading teams.
• Strong operations, program management, and transformation project skills.
• End-to-end sourcing and contracting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and own partner operations strategy including WFM, QA, and Training.
• Manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships at scale.
• Establish governance and processes for site health and business lines.
• Develop operating models with governance and risk management for partners.
• Deliver improvements to processes and drive scalability and simplification.
• Create metrics, milestones, and procedures for daily execution.
• Lead a team of Partner Ops specialists to drive day-to-day excellence.
• Demonstrate people management skills across global reports.
• Communicate with leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Travel 50-70% is required.
