• Minimum of 2 years of outsourced partner management with people management experience.
• Experience in Operations Management across multiple domains and business units.
• Proven Program Management and large-scale transformation project experience.
• Operational excellence with process re-engineering focus.
• Ability to articulate performance and remediation plans to executives; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced partner and vendor operations and drive service delivery.
• Ensure core SLAs/KPIs (Productivity, Quality, Latency, Wellness) are met.
• Hold partners/vendors accountable and push toward operational excellence.
• Manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships and SOPs.
• Ensure budget adherence and accurate financial accounting for vendor activities.
• Handle platform housekeeping, permission management, and market research for projects.
