Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Partnerships Operations Manager in Singapore to drive performance visibility and operational excellence across our product partnerships ecosystem. You will own the data cadence, ensure accurate tracking, and translate insights into actions that scale our partnerships globally.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets with Finance, and supporting partner lifecycle operations end to end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Partnership Operations, or Business Operations within technology, SaaS, or digital advertising sectors.
• Experience analyzing large volumes of data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps, and to ensure accurate allocation of resources to partners.
• Demonstrated business acumen in interpreting performance data and defending recommendations with stakeholders.
• Track record of owning recurring reporting independently, from data extraction to published outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's recurring data cadence and publish performance data to track progress against targets.
• Monitor partner and vertical performance against goals, identify gaps and risks, and surface insights to owners.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to translate data into actionable recommendations for business development and partnerships stakeholders.
• Track outcomes of global partnerships programs across multiple verticals (e.g., Messaging, Commerce) with leadership-ready reporting.
• Own budget and resource allocation processes with Finance, ensuring SOPs for seamless operations.
• Support partner lifecycle operations end to end with BD on onboarding feasibility and tracking of partner leads.
