Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Partnerships Operations Manager (12-month contract) in Singapore to drive performance visibility and operational excellence across our product partnerships ecosystem. You will own the data cadence, monitor partner performance, and surface insights to leadership, while managing budgets and SOPs to enable scalable partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis, sales operations, partnership operations, or business operations in tech/SaaS/digital advertising.
• Experience analyzing large data sets to identify risks and optimize resources.
• Fluent Mandarin and English to support APAC/China coordination.
• Experience owning recurring reporting from data extraction to leadership-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's recurring data cadence, extracting, validating, and publishing performance data for leadership.
• Monitor partner and vertical performance against goals, identify gaps and risks, and surface root causes.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support performance improvements and translate data into actionable insights.
• Track progress of global partnerships programs across verticals, building leadership-facing reports.
• Own budget and resource allocation processes with Finance, refining SOPs for operations.
• Support partner lifecycle operations end to end with BD on onboarding feasibility and tracking leads.
