Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited seeks a Senior Scale Program Strategist to define, shape, and implement programs that support the partner learning journey. You will drive GSI-focused initiatives, scale partner training, and collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize training impact.

You will build tools, deliver insights, and prepare business reviews to reinforce partner experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of Learning & Development and course facilitation experience.
Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
Experience implementing safety standards in warehouse/maintenance environments.
Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions.
Experience in training, performance management and coaching/mentoring, including technical training.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow Partner learning programs across T&C and AWS Partner Network.
Establish cross-functional global relationships to represent Partners globally.
Evaluate program effectiveness and propose adjustments to improve performance and meet objectives.
Support GSI teams to grow business, sales, and technical skills.
Create innovative ways to deliver content and training to partners quickly.
Invent new programs and mechanisms for scale while simplifying existing ones.
Prepare business reviews for management levels with actionable recommendations.
Confidently present in Partner settings.
