Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Partner Development Manager for SAP GROW in APJ to own partner GTM, recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance metrics across the region. The role entails collaborating with SAP and AWS sales teams to scale the SAP GROW program and drive customer acquisition on AWS.

You will define and execute partner GTM strategies, manage joint plans with SAP, and build a robust partner ecosystem with systems integrators to accelerate cloud

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Core Cloud Technology Services experience (Compute/Networking/Security)
• 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP GROW partner GTM execution for APJ
• Develop and execute the joint SAP-AWS GROW launch GTM plan for APJ regions
• Establish and manage partner pipeline mechanisms aligned to AWS Scale and Indirect sales motions
• Define partner success metrics and conduct regular business reviews with partners and AWS leadership
• Collaborate with AWS SAP specialist teams, account managers, and SAP alliance to align GROW activity with SAP co-sell motions
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships with regional/global system integrators to scale GROW delivery capacity across APJ
• Drive GROW co-sell execution with partners and AWS sales teams to convert pipeline into launched GROW customers
