Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Singapore is seeking a Country Partner Leader to own the partner business and strategy for the region. You will lead a team of Partner Sales Managers and Partner Development Managers, coordinating with ISVs, SI partners, and distributors to drive revenue growth and co-sell across the partner ecosystem.

You will define the unified country partner strategy, build partner capability, and accelerate marketplace adoption while engaging with C-level executives and AWS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading large teams in matrix structures.
• 7+ years in GTM, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and executives.
• Experience building and growing partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Drive a unified country partner strategy across SI, ISV, MSP, VAR and Distributor.
• Lead and develop PSMs and PDMs, aligning partner sales and development.
• Own forecast cadence and quarterly business reviews with partners.
• Represent AWS partner leadership at events and strengthen partner programs.
