Job summary

Gallup in Singapore is seeking a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to design and deliver transformational learning experiences for executives and teams. You will coach leaders, partner with clients to map learning journeys, and translate research into practical, impactful programs.

The role blends content creation, facilitation, needs analysis and coaching across Southeast Asia, with travel up to 50%, and a requirement to work on-site in Singapore at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in behavioral sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in course facilitation, training, coaching, consulting or related fields.
• Experience facilitating learning experiences for senior leaders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients to uncover business challenges and determine learning opportunities.
• Deliver Gallup’s curriculum through virtual and in-person experiences that improve performance.
• Coach clients through sessions and longer coaching journeys; translate research into insights.
• Master Gallup’s methodologies and share expertise across internal teams.
