Qualifications

• Requires a degree from a top-tier global business school; MBA or Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Strong and deep networks with hiring companies in Singapore and international markets.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and interact with diverse professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills targeted at senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with GSCD team to deliver multi-faceted career services and events.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to elevate GSCD services for all participants.
• Secure full-time jobs and internships through employer engagement in Singapore and international markets.
• Build partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers globally, especially in key sectors.
• Source and place 900+ students into suitable roles and industry projects.
• Provide student counseling on sectors and geographies and maintain activity calendars.
