Job summary

Nanyang Technological University’s NBS Graduate Studies Career Development team seeks an experienced career services professional to support over 900 graduate students. You will manage employer relationships in Singapore and international markets, sourcing full-time roles and internships while guiding students toward career-ready opportunities.

The role covers GSCD strategy, workshops, events, partnerships with recruiters, and student counselling to help them explore sectors and geographies.

Qualifications

• Degree from a top-tier global business school; an MBA or Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• Extensive networks with hiring companies in Singapore and international markets.
• At least 7 years’ work experience with leadership and business development.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver high-impact presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and timely.

Responsibilities

• Engage with GSCD to provide career workshops, networking events, and company presentations.
• Identify strategic initiatives to lift the level of career services for all participants.
• Develop partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to secure full-time jobs and internships.
• Source global opportunities and build pipelines with alumni and industry contacts.
• Provide student counselling on sectors/countries and coordinate recruitment activities.
