- Leading the IT Team, conduct regular performance of all team Manager
- Conduct regulate training of the entire IT team of staff
- Maintain the best relation with our clients
- Conduct regular check of our business SOP, amend and improve it if necessary
- Recruit the most suitable candidate from oversea, and make sure they had enough related experiences
