Job summary

Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking an IT professional to join Global End User Services, providing AV support for meetings and executive setups, while delivering high-quality end-user IT support in Singapore.

You will coordinate hybrid event tech, provide discreet executive assistance, and collaborate with global teams to ensure service excellence across sites and leadership events.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• 4+ years' experience supporting IT operations, including 2+ years hands-on with Windows desktops, Microsoft 365 and Office Suite, and network printer support.
• Experience with audio-visual support and video conferencing endpoints/Teams Rooms; strong customer service and ITIL basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT end user support for Singapore, delivering high-quality guidance on technology use.
• Log, track and resolve IT requests and incidents within SLAs.
• Support IT onboarding/offboarding to ensure a smooth employee journey.
• Educate users to follow global standard IT service procedures.
• Coordinate with global/ regional teams on IT initiatives for the country.
• Manage IT assets and coordinate vendor and contractor activities.
