Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with proven organisational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of APAC employment-based work visas.
• Partner with external immigration vendors to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure consistent expectation-setting throughout the case lifecycle and elevate risks when necessary.
• Develop clear communication templates, FAQs, and policy guidance materials.
• Support development and continuous improvement of immigration policies and procedures.
• Analyse immigration data and reports to provide insights, recommendations and risk assessments.
