Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an HR Operations professional to support APAC mobility processes—transfers, assignments, and role/location changes—and to partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of APAC mobility processes including cross-border transfers, assignments, and role/location changes.
• Track visa, work permit, and residence permit applications ensuring documents and timelines are met.
• Coordinate relocation arrangements including arrival support, relocation services, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive cross-functional execution.
• Maintain mobility data, documentation, and system records with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks/delays, and resolve issues to improve delivery and employee experience.
• Support process optimization, data consolidation, reporting, and knowledge base maintenance.
