Nscale in Singapore is seeking an Immigration & Mobility Specialist to deliver end-to-end support for employees across APAC, owning both immigration casework with external counsel and mobility casework with relocation vendors.

You'll be the in-region expert for a growing APAC footprint, supporting multiple jurisdictions and partnering with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and People Ops to provide a seamless experience for hires, relocations and work-pass renewals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined APAC immigration and mobility experience, in-house
• Strong knowledge of Singapore work pass frameworks and MOM processes
• Experience with relocation, assignment and business travel compliance in the APAC region

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of APAC immigration cases with external counsel and mobility cases with relocation vendors
• Act as Singapore subject-matter expert for Employment Pass, S Pass, ONE Pass and Dependant's Pass
• Manage MOM submissions and portal transactions, align with Global Mobility policy
• Support casework across APAC jurisdictions including relocation and EOR
• Track expiries, renewals and compliance, keep audit-ready records
• Advise TA, HRBPs and People Ops on immigration and mobility matters
