• Manage the full lifecycle of APAC employment-based work visas.
• Partner with external immigration vendors to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure consistent expectation-setting throughout the case lifecycle and elevate risks when necessary.
• Develop clear communication templates, FAQs, and policy guidance materials.
• Support development and continuous improvement of immigration policies and procedures.
• Analyse immigration data and reports to provide insights, recommendations and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting both local hire and mobility populations preferred.
• Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to navigate complex scenarios.
• Proactive problem solver, with a track record of improving processes and delivering solutions in ambiguous environments.
