Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a highly organized Immigration Specialist to own the end-to-end global immigration lifecycle in Singapore. You will partner with Global Mobility, Legal, Recruiting, and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant case progression across borders.

In a high-volume environment, you will manage multiple cases, maintain audit-ready records, and ensure data integrity across HRIS and recruiting systems to support smooth employee onboarding and ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of immigration operations experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore, UK, and Ireland visa types.
• Familiarity with right to work and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Workday and immigration case management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of global immigration cases, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution.
• Serve as a trusted contact for employees, recruiters, and internal partners on immigration matters.
• Collaborate with external immigration vendors and lead operational support for visa programs.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance records with data integrity.
• Ensure immigration data accuracy across HRIS and recruiting systems.
• Triage and prioritize case workflows, escalating issues and proposing solutions.
• Partner across Recruiting, HR, Payroll, Legal to support onboarding and employment.
• Reinforce and continuously improve immigration processes, controls, and playbooks.
