You will research overseas employment models, coordinate with international teams, and translate regulatory requirements into standardized SOPs and workflows to support a growing global workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with global employment models and core processes including EOR, third-party dispatch, and BPO.
• English as working language; able to communicate with overseas legal teams or external consultants.

Aufgaben

• Research overseas employment models and compliance requirements for overseas business.
• Coordinate with overseas legal teams, external law firms, and regional units to identify risks and regulatory requirements.
• Track labor law, taxation, data compliance, and workforce regulations across key countries.
• Translate compliance requirements into internal SOPs, management systems, and workflows to drive standardization.
• Build an overseas employment risk library and knowledge base for policy interpretation and support.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security to drive a global workforce governance system.
• Participate in overseas employment projects including supplier evaluations and risk remediation.
