7. Support process optimization, data consolidation, reporting, and knowledge base maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resource or a related discipline.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp process rules and drive tasks independently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors, service-minded with an employee-first perspective.

Preferred Qualification

• Prior overseas experience or a genuine interest in cross-cultural communication is a plus.
