Qualifications

• Diploma with 5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Degree with 1 year of experience in HR operations.
• Entry-level degree holders with internship experience in HR operations welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume HR processes using Workday to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant global HR data and workflows.
• Process employee lifecycle event requests from management and HR partners through ServiceNow to support timely HR operations.
• Identify and resolve ad-hoc system issues to maintain smooth HR system functionality and provide appropriate guidance to users.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational effectiveness and service quality.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with stakeholders to facilitate HR operations and support.
