Job summary

Public Service Division (Singapore) is seeking an experienced HRIS specialist to design, configure, and optimise an enterprise HR system. You will translate HR policies and processes into the system and drive complex enhancements to support HR operations and agency outcomes.

You will work closely with HR policy owners, IT vendors and agencies to deliver sustainable Workday solutions, manage milestones for annual maintenance, and communicate progress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Sound understanding of HR policies and hands-on experience in HR processes and HRIS.
Experience in managing data, HR transactions and processes in HRIS, with Workday preferred.
Ability to engage stakeholders, gather feedback, work with SI and communicate solutions effectively.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with long-term, user-centric thinking.
Good planning skills to manage milestones for HRIS maintenance and initiatives.
