Job summary

Versant Media in Singapore seeks an HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive operational support to the International HR team. You will handle employee lifecycle processes and be the first point of contact for HR queries in a collaborative corporate functions environment.

You will work with Workday HRIS, payroll workflows, onboarding/offboarding, and data reporting, reporting to the HR Director, CNBC International, shaping a fast-paced, global HR function.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting employee lifecycle activities.
• Excellent written and oral communication across teams and levels.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and manage documentation.
• Proactive and confidential handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line HR support for queries and administrative processes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding and visa documentation where applicable.
• Prepare employment contracts and letters related to lifecycle changes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support open requisitions and job descriptions.
• Provide data and reporting to HR business partners and leadership.
