Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an HR Generalist in Singapore to ensure data integrity in Workday and support HR governance across the APAC region. You will partner with People Partners on employee relations, change initiatives, talent management, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating Singapore/APAC projects, updating stakeholders, and driving policy/process improvements to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with HR operations, employee relations/case management, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and accuracy of people data by championing Workday as the single source of truth.
• Partner with People Partners to manage employee relations cases, organizational change, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate and contribute to APAC and Singapore People projects, tracking progress and updating stakeholders.
• Support reviews and enhancements of HR policies, processes, and compliance initiatives to drive excellence.
