Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday proficiency, including full employee lifecycle transactions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong attention to confidentiality and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding).
• Handle data entry, benefits enrollment, and leave balance calculations.
• Resolve employee queries on People policies and Workday workflows.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Systems, Talent Acquisition and regional teams to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for data reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Support organizational restructures and change management initiatives.
• Oversee C&B operations, benefits programs, and statutory leave management.
