Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a seasoned Key Distribution Lead to drive HNW insurance opportunities across international brokers, private banks, family offices and wealth advisers, building durable partnerships and expanding market share.

You will own distributor engagement, activation, pipeline development and the execution of complex cases, coordinating closely with Underwriting, Compliance, Claims and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in insurance distribution, wealth management or HNW business development.
• Strong knowledge of HNW distribution ecosystem and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive HNW business growth across distribution channels and markets.
• Develop strong relationships with international brokers, private banks, family offices, and wealth advisers.
• Identify opportunities and build a sustainable commercial pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding and activation of new distribution partners.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute complex cases and ensure service quality.
