Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage senior distributor relationships and drive collaboration.
• Strong commercial sense with ability to translate market insights into strategy.
• Deep knowledge of HNW insurance/distribution dynamics in Asia.
• Ability to train and enable distributors to improve conversion and performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed sales targets across assigned distribution partners.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow wallet share and productivity.
• Identify and onboard new distribution opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive partner engagement.
• Lead joint business planning and market development with distributors.
• Position FWD HNW value proposition to strengthen partnerships.
