Job summary

Dimerco Express Group in Singapore seeks motivated individuals to join its global shipping and logistics team. You will assist with daily freight forwarding and shipment activities, and support preparation of airway bills, manifests, and shipping documents to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of air cargo and Incoterms.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily freight forwarding and shipment activities.
• Support preparation of airway bills, manifests, and shipping documents.
• Assist with shipment coordination and system updates.
• Support cargo checking, labelling, and pre-alert preparation.
• Follow company SOPs and customs/security requirements.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
