Qualifications

• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments (domestic and international)
• Verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, Letter of Credit, import & export permit
• Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders
• Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages
• Maintain shipping records and update systems with shipment details
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping laws
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
