Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFQs, tenders and pricing coordination across global offices to ensure complete and accurate submissions.
• Support the servicing and development of multinational key accounts under CSCGSM Singapore leadership and coordinate between customers, overseas stations and internal departments.
• Assist in monitoring service performance, account requirements and provide account reporting for management review across the network.
• Maintain records of customer agreements, quotations, RFQ submissions and meeting minutes; support sales coordination and admin tasks.
