Job summary

Dimerco Express Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the Sales Manager in servicing multinational accounts and handling inquiries related to air import/export shipments.

You will prepare timely quotations, coordinate with customers, overseas agents and internal teams, and ensure accurate pricing and smooth shipment handling. This role offers training and growth within a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Logistics or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, sales or customer service.
• Good knowledge of air freight import/export processes; knowledge of Incoterms, shipping procedures and international trade regulations is an advantage.
• Experience in quotations, rate negotiation and shipment coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A responsible and adaptable team player who can also work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in servicing and maintaining MNC accounts and customer relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on quotations.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations, ensuring customer rates are up to date.
• Provide indoor sales and customer service support, including follow-up on shipment status and service-related matters.
• Assist in coordinating air import/export shipments, including bookings, documentation and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents and internal Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Assist the Sales Manager in following up on potential business opportunities and customer enquiries.
• Maintain good customer relationships through timely follow-up and quality service.
• Assist with quotations, pricing discussions and rate negotiations based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams to support customer requirements and business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, performance summaries and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and shipment information in the system.
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving assigned sales KPIs and targets.
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by Management.
