Qualifications

• Min GCE O/N/A level or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience in freight forwarding.
• Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding companies.
• Knowledge in consolidated shipments, if any.
• Ability to manage a full set of import documents accurately.
• Experience in processing orders and preparing shipping documents.
• Experience coordinating with departments and logistics providers.
• Good communication to resolve shipment issues with clients.
• Assist in planning outgoing shipments to meet schedules.
• Perform administrative duties to support operations.
• Basic Excel skills and email communication to track shipments.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with initiative.
• Knowledge of consolidated shipments is a plus; training provided for fresh entry candidates.
